Glenda Faye Lewis, 80 of Wappapello, passed away on Monday, May 23, 2022, at her residence in Wappapello, Missouri.

Glenda, daughter of Otis Lee and Inis Garrison Whitehead, was born on Thursday, January 22, 1942 in Campbell, Missouri.

She retired from National Food Store as a sales clerk.

On December 24, 1960 in Campbell, Missouri, she was united in marriage to Gerald Wayne Lewis. He survives.

Other survivors include two sons, Kenneth Wayne Lewis of Campbell, Troy Alan Lewis of O'Fallon; four grandchildren, Courtney Baker of Arnold, Joey Lewis of St. Louis, Dalton Lewis of Campbell and Jessica Lewis of Hull, Iowa; three great-grandchildren, Mac Baker, Dash Baker and Gus Baker all of Arnold; one brother, Darrell Whitehead of Malden and one sister, Sharon Trowbridge of West Plains, Missouri.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Lois Whitehead and Wanda Whitehead and two brothers, Walter Whitehead and Bud Whitehead.

Visitation will begin at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 28, 2022 at the Landess Funeral Home in Campbell with Graveside service beginning at 3 p.m., at Bethany Cemetery with Reverend Bryan Johnson officiating. Burial will immediately be following.

Landess Funeral Home of Campbell will be in charge of the arrangements.
