Linda Faye Coleman, 60, was called home by our Lord on Monday, May 16, 2022 in Lake Charles, Louisiana. She was born August 1, 1961, in Lake Charles, Louisiana to Relma (Kotan) Clayton and John Coleman.
Linda had a heart of gold and would give her last to anyone in need. She lived her life to the fullest and never met a stranger.
Linda was preceded in death by her mother Relma (Kotan) Clayton; sister Sandra Colligan; grandmother Ernestine Nero; uncles John "Horsefly" Nero and Evers Handy, and aunts Bertrella Handy and Isabelle Alex.
She is survived by her father John Coleman of California; sisters Sharon Davis and Pamela (David) Washington; aunt Windie Nero of Gillis, Louisiana; uncle Rayfield (Cynthia) Nero of Lake Charles, Louisiana; nieces Anisha Robertson of California and Consuela Coleman of Lake Charles; nephews Adonis Mitchell of Beaumont, Texas, Timothy Walls, Jr. and Robert Davis, Jr. of Lake Charles, and Keryl Curry of Houston, Texas; and a host of great nephews and nieces.

Linda's memorial service will be Friday, May 20, 2022 at 9:30 a.m. at the James Funeral Home Chapel located at 1801 Moeling Street in Lake Charles.
