Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Warford-Walker Mortuary Chapel, 509 N. Hughes St., with the Rev. Joe Taylor, pastor of Emmanuel Church of Amarillo, officiating.
Mr. Duncan was born Oct. 11, 1955, to J.D. Duncan and Daisy Burns Duncan in Amarillo. He attended Robert E. Lee Elementary School, Horace Mann Middle School and Palo Duro High School.
Prior to his illness, Jay had been employed by Levi Strauss Co. and Amarillo National Bank as a custodian.
Survivors include a brother, Bobby Hughes of Amarillo; a sister, Renee Duncan Campbell of Amarillo; and other relatives.
