Warren was born to Darrel and Carlita Smith. Warren lived most of his life in Fort Worth, where he met his wife. They married in 1977. During his working career he worked for Ben Hogan Golf Company, MedStar Ambulance service as an EMT-paramedic, and Cooks Children's Hospital in the surgical suite. In past years, Warren enjoyed golfing with his dad. He is preceded in death by his parents. Warren is survived by his wife, brother and wife, sister and husband, brother-in-law, 3 sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
