John Martin Stephens, or better known as Marty, was born in St. Louis, Missouri on January 10, 1953. Marty was the second eldest of 4 children born to John Francis and Audrey Stephens. His family moved to California when he was about two years old. He met his wife Pamela Hagopian in high school and married her after graduating from UCLA. They married on March 27, 1976. He and Pam embarked on their life journey, moving first to Duncanville, Texas then to Arlington, Texas where he opened a Kwik Kopy print shop and raised their three children. Marty enjoyed family trips, soccer, tending to his animals, gardening, mentoring young men, and most especially being a Papa. Relationships were very important to Marty; if he knew you, he loved you.
