Fran was born in Indiana; after her parents moved to California, she met and married high school sweetheart Robert Theodore Peterson in 1954 at age 18. They had 2 children, Jeffrey and Jennifer. After their divorce, Fran met Robert in the 1960's. They had great fun together, even winning a twist dance contest. Robert was a police officer and Fran worked various businesses that allowed her to take care of their children. In addition to Fran's children and Robert's daughter Roberta, the couple gave birth to Lisa and Lynda. Their backyard parties were epic! So many fond memories of this home, where all the relatives were welcome to visit.
