Mrs. Parker, a homemaker, was a native of Jeff Davis County. She was a member of Victory Baptist Church, the Daughters of the American Revolution and the United Daughters of the Confederacy. Survivors include her husband, Robert J. Parker of Hattiesburg; two daughters, Lynda Cameron of Glendale and Kay Grimes of Fort Worth, Texas; three sons, Carroll Beasley of Fort Worth, Skip Grimes of Crowley, Texas, and Billy Grimes of Tucson, Ariz.; three stepdaughters, Patricia Schneider of Oklahoma City, Donna Strittmatter and Debbie Bedford, both of Fort Worth; one stepson, Jim Parker of Oklahoma City; one brother, Webber Jones of Port Royal, S.C.; five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and nine stepgrandchildren.
