Ruth M. Walts, 100, Georgetown, died Sunday, Jan. 13, 2008, at her home.
Born Jan. 10, 1908, in Georgetown, she was the daughter of the late Erby Allain and Millie Seacat Minton.
She worked at Harrison County Hospital in Corydon as a nurse's assistant for 17 years, was a member of Georgetown Christian Church since April 12, 1926, and was a member of Georgetown Chapter 406 of the Order of the Eastern Star since 1948.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne, and a daughter, Darlene.
Survivors include four grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation: Friday, Jan. 18, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday, Jan. 19, after 9 a.m. at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Georgetown.
Funeral: Saturday, Jan. 19, at 11 a.m. at the funeral home followed by burial in Wolfe Cemetery in Georgetown.
