Kelly attended Niagara Pentecostal Holiness Church when he was able. Kelly served his country proudly in the United States Army 25th Recon Patrol. He was stationed in Hawaii most of his time in service and would have made a career in the service, but God blessed him with a beautiful daughter which he returned home to care for. During his service, he met one of his best friends Corporal Brown. Kelly also enjoyed fishing, riding the roads and spending time with his family. During his last few months, he enjoyed watching his western shows on tv and watching the squirrels and the birds in the yard. He was a loving man and he will be missed by all of his family.
