"Rena", as she was affectionately known, was born on July 21, 1970 to the parentage of Bobby Earl Lee, Sr., and Linda Ann McGee in Chipley, Florida. She was reared in a Christian home, and was a member of the Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church of Chipley, Florida. Rena was a dynamic house-keeper and operated her own cleaning service. She was united in Holy Matrimony to Johnny Kennedy, Jr.
She was preceded in death by her father: Bobby Earl Lee, Sr.
She leaves to cherish her memories her husband: Johnny Kennedy, Jr. of Panama City, Florida; son: John W. Thompson, Jr., of Minneapolis, Minnesota; three daughters: Kaycee Lee of Pensacola, Florida, Janae Slack of Clearwater, Florida, and Dallas Thompson of Cottondale, Florida; three grandchildren: Zion Joshua, Mya Mikayla, and Makhi John; beloved mother: Linda A.
