Dinky was a smart, quiet, and reserved soul who enjoyed several pastimes like fishing, grilling, listening to music, wrestling, riding four-wheelers, and admiring muscle cars especially Ford Mustangs.
He joined New Hope Baptist Church of Carlton, GA at an early age. He was a truck driver for over 15 years and was currently employed by Axis Transport & Logistics in Oxford, GA.
He is preceded in death by his brother, Horace Bell and his father, George Bell.
Celebration of Life service will be held at Barrett Funeral Chapel - Oglethorpe Chapel on Friday, March 25, 2022 at 1:00pm, with Rev. Jeffrey Marion officiating. Interment will be at Athens Memory Gardens immediately following the service.
