David Alan Richards, age 63, of Haslett, Michigan, went to be with the Lord on April 23, 2022 when he passed away after a lingering illness.
David was born on May 12, 1958 to Donald and Vera (Rotter) Richards in Cheboygan, Michigan.
He received his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Insurance from Central Michigan University and worked as a Resident Insurance Agent.
David enjoyed fishing, hunting and was a fervent advocate for animals.
David is preceded in death by his parents, Donald Charles and Vera Helen Richards; brother, Brent Richards; and his niece, Kelly Bourne.
He is survived by his sisters, Marilyn (Kenneth) Montgomery and Jean (Robert) Ramsey; nieces and nephews: Kyle (Nicole) Montgomery, Jill Hoffman, Jennie (Matthew) Kroge, and Jessica (William) Sherry; and grand-nieces and nephews: Aiden, Teegan and Ella Bourne, Logan Montgomery, Aviana and Rayelle Kroge, Harper and Liam Sherry, and Donnie and Brian Ramsey.
