Ruby is preceded in death by her husband of 65 years August Milton Williams (just 30 days ago), five brothers and five sisters, a daughter-in-law Dottie Smith Willams (wife of Robert Williams), a grandson James Morton (son to Carol Scales) and her parents.
Ruby is survived by her children Carol Scales and husband David, Paula Himly and husband Otto, Eddie Austin and wife Cynthia, John Williams and wife Laura, Donald Williams and wife Kathleen, Robert Williams, and Elaine Engle and husband David; 23 grandchildren, 49 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren. Numerous extended family and friends also survive.
She was very dedicated to the The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, she and husband August Milton spent two years on mission in the Micronesian Islands in the mid 1980's. Ruby spent her leisure time enjoying the art of quilting, cross stitching beautiful things for her family. She had an ear for music and had a wonderful gift for singing. She loved her precious children and grandchildren. She has left us with many beautiful, treasured memories that we will keep in our hearts and minds forever. She will be dearly missed by those that knew and loved her.
