Brian Anthony Lewis of Fredericksburg, Texas passed away on Saturday, May 14, 2022 at the age of 77. He was born on January 24, 1945 in Cleveland, Ohio. He is preceded in death by his parents Robert and Margaret Lewis.

Brian is survived by his wife, Kathleen Lewis of Fredericksburg, brother; William T. Lewis and Donald Kirkorian of Green Valley, California, son; Brian Neil Lewis and wife, Amelia Lewis and grandchildren, Brian Christopher and Hallie of San Antonio.

Brian joined the U.S. Navy in 1964. He married Kathleen Lacey on May 26, 1978 in Cleveland, Ohio.

Brian was a loyal and faithful servant of the Lord. He was ordained a Deacon of the Catholic Church in 1992 and accepted the call to help others know and love God. He faithfully served his community as Deacon for 30 years in Kingman, Arizona, San Antonio, Texas and finally at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Fredericksburg, Texas.

Visitation will take place on Sunday, May 22, 2022, from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. at the Fredericksburg Funeral Home. A Mass of the Resurrection will be held on Monday, May 23, 2022, at 10 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church where he served as Deacon. Interment will follow at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to St. Mary's Catholic Church or the charity of your choice.
