"Mrs. Hostutler Died Last Night"
Mrs Hattie Jane Hostutler, widow of John W Hostutler died last night following a long illness with carcinoma. She resided with a daughter, Miss Opal Hostutler, in 1309 Speedway. Mrs Hostutler was 63 years old last November. She was born at Hundred, November 19, 1876.
The following sons and daughters survive; Miss Opal Hostutler at home; Mrs WR Sloter, Fairmont; Mrs Guy Tennant, Barrackville; Mrs Kenneth Alltop, Fairmont; Mrs Herbert Nelson, Wheeling; Miss Goldie Hostutler, Huntington; Paul Hostutler, Fairmont; Charles Hostutler, Helens Run and Willie Hostutler, Wheeling. Also surviving are 16 grandchildren and one great grandchild. Mrs Hostutler likewise leaves her mother, Mrs Elizabeth Brown of Fairmont, now 86 years old. Her husband died about 16 years ago and two sons died in infancy. A sister, Mrs Ida Williamson, lives in Los Angelos, Cal. Mrs Arlie Stevens, Fairmont, is a half-sister, and William F Anderson, Fairmont, a half brother.
Funeral Services will be held in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, in Potomac Avenue, at 2:30 o'clock Monday afternoon. Burial will be made in Maple Grove cemetery by Musgrave-McCulla. The body will be taken to the residence this afternoon from the funeral home.
