Mary Ivy Irene Wagner Hall, 98, of 19 Abbey Court, Haines City, Florida, died Saturday, May 14 at her home. She was the widow of Richard L. Hall.

Born on her family's dairy farm in the Lewistown Valley, Pennsylvania, Mary was the oldest daughter of the late Lester ,and Irene (Wolfe) Wagner. Mary was also a sister of Paul Wagner, Beryl Donohue and the late Kenneth Wagner.

Mary was a member of the class of 1940 at Blythe Township High School in New Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She was the May Queen during her senior year. After graduating, Mary attended Moore Institute of Art in Philadelphia until 1944 when she was hired as a fashion illustrator and artist. Mary met her husband in Philadelphia where he was stationed at the Philadelphia Naval Base. They were married on November 24,1947. After Mary's husband retired from the Navy, they became active members of the Aronimnk Golf Club in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, where Mary won numerous golf tournaments in the 1970's. She continued playing golf and bridge when she and her husband retired to their home at the Grenelefe Golf and Tennis Resort in Haines City, Florida.

Surviving in addition to Mary's sister and brother are her son, David, husband of Gail Hall of Las Vegas, Nevada; daughter Caryn, wife of Larry Anstine of San Jose, California; granddaughter Laurie Anstine and great-grandsons Nicholas and Stephen Anderson also from San Jose, California; granddaughter Christie Markley, wife of Ryan Markley and great-grandchildren Mia and Jameson from Stevenson Ranch, California.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday May 21, 2022 at 11 o'clock A.M. from the funeral home. Friends may visit from 10:00 A.M. until time of services.
Interment Odd Fellows Cemetery Tamaqua, Pennsylvania.
