WINSTED - Constance H. Phillips, passed away on Friday, Nov. 19, 2010. She was the wife of the late Stanley Phillips. Born May 23, 1922 in Ebensburg, Pa., the daughter of the late Dr. James R. Smith and Margaret (Coe) Smith. She is survived by a son, Jeffrey Phillips of Barkhamsted; a daughter, Dallas Dawley Savard of Granby; a step-son, Gordon Phillips of Ariz.; four granddaughters, Katie, Jennifer, Amanda and Rebecca; and six great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by two brothers and three sisters. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family. Montano-Shea Funeral Home, 922 Main Street, Winsted has care of the arrangements.
