Paul Edward Snyder, 89, of Belleville, WV, passed on May 14, 2022, at Ohio Valley Health Care.
Paul was born on July 1, 1932. He was a Korean War Navy veteran, retiree in 1994 after 37 years from the former Kaiser Aluminum in Ravenswood, WV.
Paul enjoyed watching sprint car racing, his farm, music, and spending time with family and friends. He was a devoted husband and father.
In passing, Paul joins his parents, Wilbur and Vada Myers Snyder; his wife of 60 years, Anna Belle (A.B.); brothers, Dale, Gerald, and Gary; sisters, Wanda Lott and Nellie Gaston.
He is survived by his siblings, Ruth (Don) Drain, Stanley (Linda) Snyder, Janet (Dave) Burton; children, Sandra (Mullins) Hartness, Loraine (McCord) Gwynn, and Derek Snyder, as well as stepdaughters, Janice Schmidt and Earlene (Jack) Wilcoxen; and grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be Wednesday, May 18, 2022, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral service will be on Thursday, May 19, 2022, at 1 p.m., with visitation one hour prior.
