Brogan Matthew Thoms-Wilson, 21, of Brentwood TN, passed away on May 10, 2022. Brogan was the son of Scott Wilson and Gina Thoms-Means and was born in LeMars, IA on Dec. 11th, 2000. Brogan attended Gehlen Catholic School in LeMars until relocating to Brentwood, TN in 2017. Brogan attended Franklin Road Academy where he was a standout athlete in multiple sports, especially football. Brogan graduated from FRA in 2019 and continued his education and passion for football at Austin Peay State University. In August 2021, Brogan transferred to Iowa Central to continue his education and pursue football.

Brogan was always full of life, with an infectious smile and an unmatched energy that would brighten any room. He had an innate ability to create meaningful relationships almost instantaneously. If you knew Brogan, you likely remember how quickly your relationship developed with him. Brogan loved his family; Brogan loved your family; Brogan loved everyone. The only interest Brogan did not have was sitting at home alone. Instead, he enjoyed sports, cars, lake days, skiing, and hunting and fishing, especially with his Uncle Kyle. Most of all, he loved spending time with his brothers and sisters.

Brogan was preceded in death by Marita Shearon (great grandmother), Mike Shearon(cousin), Richard and Shirley Hare(grandparents).

Brogan is survived by a very large family. His parents Scott Wilson and Gina Thoms-Means, stepparents Rachel Wilson and Michael Means, his oldest brother Brayton Wilson (24), his younger sisters Emily Wilson (17) and Amiah Means (12), and his youngest brother TJ Means (9).
