Tammy is survived by her brothers- Paul (Rita) Johnson Brian (Sonya) Johnson. A Host of Nephews, Family & Friends.
Tammy was preceded in passing by her Parents- Paul Darrel and Mary Lou Johnson; Tammy will be missed by all that knew and loved her.
Family will receive friends from 6PM-10PM Monday, May 16, 2022, at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home Chapel in Hindman, Kentucky.
