Services will be Tuesday for George Arthur Elliott, 81, Lucerne, who died Friday in a Lakeport hospital. He was a native of Oklahoma. He had worked for Bechtel Construction Corp. for 40 years. He lived In Lake County 17 years. He is survived by his wife, Sophia Elliott, Lucerne; son, Kenneth Elliott, El Sobrante; brother, Ray Elliott, Napa; sisters, Elda Gillespie, Pueblo, Colo.; Irene Miller, Tennessee; and Ruby Layton. Mississippi; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Jones and Rolland Mortuary, Lucerne. Burial will be at Upper Lake Cemetery, Upper Lake.
