She was "A Face In The Crowd" in Piggott when the movie was filmed there in the 1950s. She attended Arkansas State and Memphis State University where she graduated.
She met and married John Seawright and moved to Little Rock where she adopted her proud daughter Jennifer, in 1973.
Judy became a prime member in real estate, selling millions in the real estate market for years. She worked with McKay and Company and RPM Real Estate. A friend and associate Suzanne Hall introduced her to Lewis Sharp, a district manager with Colt Industries. They moved to Hartford, Connecticut after marriage. Judy became the real state instructor for the largest agency in Connecticut. After retirement from Colt, the Sharps moved to Memphis to be near the grandsons, Nathan and Mathew Sharp, and friends from college days.
Judy and Lewis moved to Piggott to look after her parents in 1995 where Judy opened a gift store, "Feather Your Nest" on the square, it became a popular gift store for the area. Judy retired and sold the store to a high school classmate, John James, after her mother passed away in 2014.
The Sharps moved back to Little Rock to be midway between the four grandsons in Memphis and Northwest Arkansas in 2016. Nathan and Mathew Sharp in Memphis and Jackson and Cooper Collins, Jennifer's sons, in Springdale.
Judy has lived in many places and enjoyed them all. Moving to Heaven is ultimately the place to be. -Thank you.
