He was a United States Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War and was a member of the Burlington Baptist Church. He loved creating things with his hands, fishing, traveling across the U. S., enjoying the great outdoors, working with horses, and photography. He was a cowboy, worked in maintenance for several years, and could fix anything.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Pamela Rae Jagoe.
Survivors include his wife, Milagros Randolph of Harrison; three sons and two daughters-in-law: Mark Jr. and Nicole Randolph of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, Brannon and April Randolph of Fayetteville, and Christopher Randolph of Chandler, Ariz.; four grandchildren: Michaela, Layla, Hayden, and Madison Randolph; a stepson, Takehiro Hisa of the Philippines; two brothers: Gary Randolph of Washington and Ted Randolph, Jr. of California; and other relatives and friends.
There will be a celebration of life from 4 to 5 p.m. on Saturday, May 21, 2022, at Burlington Baptist Church, 12431 Denver Road, Omaha, Ark., 72662, with Pastor Steve Belz officiating. Burial will be private in the Burlington Cemetery at a later date. Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. on Saturday, May 21, at Holt Memorial Chapel.
Arrangements are under the direction of Holt Memorial Chapel.
