Kristi Lynn Johnson, 52, passed away peacefully in the early evening on Good Friday, April 15th, 2022 at Saint Joseph's Hospital in Stockton, California. Kristi will be laid to rest at Cherokee Memorial Cemetery where her parents Barbara and Leslie Johnson also rest.
Kristi was born in Stockton on March 3rd, 1970 and graduated from Lincoln High School in 1988. Kristi was a successful model from an early age and was also an accomplished aerobics instructor, known for teaching some of the most challenging classes in Stockton. After a period of modeling in Japan, Kristi settled in San Francisco to attend San Francisco State University and continued her modeling career as a member of the Screen Actors Guild. She appeared in numerous television commercials and newspaper ads, and several films including Beverly Hillbillies and The Rock with Sean Connery and Nicholas Cage.
From San Francisco, Kristi followed her heart to live in London, UK as well as Istanbul, Turkey. During this time, she had the opportunity to visit many countries including France, Greece, and Egypt. Kristi eventually returned to Stockton in 2006 to care for her aging mother. Although she no longer pursued her career, she remained active in animal protection and healthcare at the County.
Kristi's outer beauty was only surpassed by her inner beauty. Always positive, kind, and humble, and possessed of a sparkling sense of humor, Kristi inspired the best instincts in everyone who met her.
