Richard was a veteran of the United States Military and a master plumber with Kroger for the past ten years.
He is survived by his wife Adrienne Mitchell, Mother in Law Susan Dove, Father Tom Ramsey and Step Mother Gwen Ramsey, children Kaelin, Kyler, and Cameron Mitchell, and Codi and Lyssa Mitchell. We know he was met at heavens gate by his parents and beloved nephew Chad Littlefield. Richard has also left behind a family of many nieces, nephews, aunts, cousins and everything in between that got to love this man in the time he was with us.
The family asks for thoughts and prayers as we navigate this difficult time, and in lieu of flowers please make a donation in Richard's name to The Humane Society of North Texas in the link below. There was never a time you wouldn't see his three goofy dogs at his heels and Richard would want to return the favor to a dog who could bring someone joy the way Archie, Bentley, and Charlie did for him.

Richard will be missed more than there are words for. But if you knew Richard you would know he would want you to raise a glass in his honor and think of a time you had with this wonderful man and to pay the warmth and kindness he brought into all of our lives forward.
