Mr. Douglas Croffitt, age 86, passed away peacefully on April 27, 2022.
A native of Natchez, Mississippi. Douglas relocated and resided in New Orleans for 66 years.
He is preceded in death by his parents Henry and Marie Gibbs Crawford, his wife, Marjorie, his son Darren, his sister Dorothy C. Holmes and his brother Jesse James Croffitt.
He is survived by his children, Douglas N. (Marilynn) of Houston; Jeanine C. Feltus (Julius); Wayne Croffitt and Raeneika Reynolds (Tyrin) all of New Orleans; one brother, Melvin Crawford (Jackie); nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
The family would like to give thanks to the medical staff at Ochsner Center for Primary Care and Wellness. Also, a special thanks to faithful friends Daniel Wilson, Irma Melancon and Joycelyn Reed.
