Seth Berger Bennett, 63 of Reidsville, went home to be with The Lord, Sunday, May 8th, 2022, at Duke University Hospital in Durham, N.C.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 14th, 2022 at Wilkerson Funeral Home in Reidsville, NC at 2 p.m. with Dr. Terry Lawson officiating. Visitation will be held an hour prior to the service from 1 p.m. – 2 p.m.
Internment and graveside service will be at Montoursville Cemetery in Pennsylvania on May 21st, 2022 at 11:30 a.m.
Seth was born Jan. 10, 1959, in Williamsport, Pa. to the late, David and Stella Bennett of Montoursville, Pa. Before he was self-employed as a general contractor, he was employed with T.A. Loving Company. He loved working with his hands, fishing, hunting, boating, gardening, cooking, canning and FIREWORKS! He also loved his chickens and letting his grandkids gather the eggs.
He loved his two dogs, Luna and Star and making people happy, but most of all, he loved his grandchildren, family and friends.
Seth is survived by his wife of 15 years, Patricia Murray of Reidsville, N.C.; sons, Austin and wife Lindsay of Jamestown, N.C., Brendan and Andrea of Vermilion, Ohio; brothers, Alan and wife Wendy of Butler, Pa., and Rodney Bennett of Montoursville, Pa.; 7 grandchildren Ava, Mackenzie, Jackson, Alice, Thomas, Grey and Andrew; and family members Chris Murray of Greensboro, N.C. and Brittany and Clint Porterfield of Burlington, N.C.
