Theo was born in Iowa City, Ia. on November 21, 1923 to Dr. Theodore Lincoln and Nellie Maud (Black) Hazard.
Theo worked for the Agricultural Dept. in Washington DC in her younger years. She married Harold Leslie Lindley on August 7, 1944 in Iowa City, IA. She was an avid doll collector and loved to travel.
Theo is survived by her six children, Susan Morris (Bill) of Cedaredge, CO., Dianne Kinzenbaw of Oxford, IA., Jon Lindley (Angie) of Las Vegas, NV., Dan Lindley (Crystal) of Morgan Hill, CA., Barb Hotka (Mike) of Broomfield, CO., and Jeff Lindley (Melanie) of Dallas, TX; seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren; sister-in-laws, Jean Ludington of New Mexico and Lois Rist of Washington; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Theo was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and three half brothers.
A graveside service is planned for the spring in Iowa City, IA.
