Prudence Lavon Fronk, age 96, of Iola, Kansas, passed away September 8, 2021, at Moran Manor, Moran, Kansas. Prudy was born March 30, 1925, in Moran, Kansas, to Ray Lower and Dorothy (Cation) Lower.
Prudy graduated high school and then earned an associate's degree in education. Prudy taught school for a few years and then she worked part-time at the J.C. Penney Store in Iola, Kansas.
Prudy and H.J. (Jack) Fronk were married in April, 1946, in Iola, Kansas.
Prudy was preceded in death by her husband; parents; son, Kevin Fronk; daughter, Aimee Sue Billingsley; and one brother.
Prudy is survived by grandsons, Dan Billingsley, Tulsa, Oklahoma, Jeff Billingsley, Joplin, Missouri; two great-grandchildren; one brother, Dan Lower, Florida; and son-in-law Rick Sebol.
