He was born April 2, 1984 in Plainwell, the son of Michael and Katrina (Snyder) Harris. Chris worked at Parker Hannifin for 15 years and had also driven truck locally. For several years he was a fire fighter for the Otsego Fire Department.
Chris enjoyed fishing, target shooting and was a ham radio enthusiast. He was also very handy and liked fixing radio equipment and cars. Most of all he loved being a dad and spending time with his children and family. In 2008 in Otsego he married Rebecca Cantwell who survives.
Also surviving are his children, Christopher, Isabella and Aubrey Harris; his parents, Michael Harris and Katrina Harris; brother Craig (William) Foote; grandfather; Bill Harris; uncle, Dan; aunts, Deb, Sandy, Georgie and Elizabeth "Buffy" along with many cousins.
