Rhonda Lynn Bailey, 59, of Princeton, died suddenly, Tuesday, February 1, 2022, at Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley, Born June 27, 1962, at Bluefield, she was the daughter of the late James Edward Furches & Mary Ruth Akers Furches. Rhonda was a graduate of Athens High School and was currently employed by the Mercer County Sheriff's Office with the Tax Division. She enjoyed going to the beach, animals, especially her dogs, canning, gardening, but most of all, she loved her grandkids. Left to cherish her memory are her two children, Jason Bailey and Rebecca Bailey; Three grandchildren, Dylan, Jordan and Taylor; Eight siblings, Bentine Anthony Furches (Linda), Gary Brent Furches (Sue), Dennis Lee Furches (Christine), Timothy James Furches (Sandy), Rodney Kent Furches (Teresa), Sandra Dawn Milam (Andy), Sabrina Ann Jones (Todd), and Dee Ann Roberts (Josh), along with several nieces and nephews. Rhonda will be greatly missed by all of those who knew and loved her, but she will forever live on in our hearts and memories. In honoring her wishes, she has been cremated, Memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, February 6, 2022, from the Chapel of the Memorial Funeral Directory on the Athens Road in Princeton with her brother, Pastor Bentine Furches officiating.
