Mr. Randall Steve Parker, 67, of Walterboro, passed away Thursday night, April 7, 2022, at the Simpsonville Post and Acute Rehab Center.

Randall was born February 15, 1955, in Spartanburg, South Carolina. He was the son to the late Mr. Roy L. Dillard and the late Mrs. Francis Lois Parker. He worked for many years as a talented Master Carpenter. He lived a life that was his way or the highway, but above all he loved his mother and his family.

He is survived by: his children, Steven Parker of Columbia, Jessie Croyle and Angela Holladay (Scott) both of Ninety-Six; sisters, Sharon Hoefling (Bob) of Panama City, Fl, Vickie Cope of Eutaville, SC, Judy Dozer of Cope, SC, and Jeanette McArm of Knightsville, SC; a brother, Archie Savage, Jr. of Ridgeville,SC; grandchildren, Devin, William, Jackson, Gavin, Brooke, Christian, Maggie, Dasha, Corbin, Virginia and Winnie. He is also survived by two children that he took care of and who were dear to him, Derrick Mitchell and Chris Mitchell; and a lifelong friend, Luke Clayton.

He is preceded in death by: his step-father, Archie Savage, Sr. and a brother, Terry Dillard.
