Steven F. Ritter, age 61, of Dayton, passed away May 7, 2022. He was born October 17, 1960 in Dayton to the late William and Katherine Ritter. In addition to his parents, Steve was preceded in death by his brother, Bud Ritter.

Steve is survived by his children: Josh Ritter (Kaila) and Emily Ritter (Brandon); one grandson on the way; life partner, Terry Ritter; mother-in-law, Gladys Roach (Richard) sister-in-law, Brenda Lewis; and many other family members and friends.

Steve enjoyed tinkering around the house, remodeling cars, singing karaoke, fishing and cooking. He was known for his knowledge of most everything and his humor. More than anything, Steve loved spending time with his family.

Visitation will be held from 12:30-1:30 pm on Friday, May 13, 2022 at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, where the funeral service will begin at 1:30 pm. Burial to follow at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens.
