David Anthony Roberts, age 61, passed away on Saturday, May 7, 2022 at Mission Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer.
He was born August 13, 1960 in Asheville, NC. He had lived the past 38 years in Madison County and was a loyal and dedicated employee for Bullman Heating & Air for 21 years.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Raymond and Julia Roberts, and his maternal grandparents, Edgar and Pearl Parham, all of Leicester. He was also preceded in death by his father and mother in-law, Burns and Betty Jane Cook, and four fur babies, Miracle, Midnight, Boogie and Penny.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife, Brenda Cook Roberts, his father, Harold Roberts, mother, Jeanette Roberts, brother, Jimmy Dale Roberts (Debbie), and sister, Pam Roberts. He is also survived by several uncles and aunts who will miss him greatly.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at 2:00 pm at Madison Funeral Services with Pastors Jimmy Dean Hensley and Allen Rash officiating. Pallbearers will be his coworkers at Bullman Heating & Air. Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Cemetery.
