Leroy Anderson, 87, passed away on April 5, 2022 at the Good Samaritan Specialty Care Center in Robbinsdale, MN.
A private family funeral will be held at the Bagley City Cemetery at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 20, 2022. The Cease Family Funeral Home of Bagley assisted the family with arrangements.
Leroy Paul Anderson was born on March 23, 1935 in Bagley, MN to Paul R. and W. Alta (Smith) Anderson. Leroy attended and graduated from the Faribault School for the blind. Leroy lived on his own in the Twin Cities Area for several years. In 2001, he entered the Good Samaritan Center in Minneapolis and later transferred to their Robbinsdale location.
Leroy is survived by his sisters, Eloise Christianson of Bagley, Eileen Albright and Diane Yurrick both of Bemidji, and Cathleen (Richard) Johnson of Clearbrook; his brother, Helge Anderson of Fargo; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
