Jane Caroline Henderson was the widow of Dr Lueco Mitchell at the time of her marriage to Nathaniel Boyden on 2 Dec 1845. She had previously married Dr. Mitchell on 24 Dec 1835 in Salisbury, Rowan County, NC. The newspaper reporting at that time that she was the daughter of the late Archibald Henderson, Esq.
Her mother was his wife, Sarah Alexander. Per a published biography of Archibald Henderson, he married in July 1802, Sarah Alexander, the daughter of Moses Alexander of Mecklenburg County, NC.
