"Rosetta Foster, 68, died suddenly on April 23, 2022, at her home in New Castle, DE. She was born May 8, 1953, in Norfolk, VA to Herman and Pauline Drake.

Her father, mother, and sister, Linda, preceded her in death. Rosetta is survived by her children, Sandra Foster and Steven Drake; four grandchildren: Tanisha, Tommy, NiQuey, and Nadir; four great-grandchildren; two siblings, Elbert and Esther; her niece, nephews, cousins, and a number of family and friends who will miss her dearly.

Rosetta was an experienced paralegal, spending most of her career working in law firms in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. She attended and graduated from Clinton Junior High School in Newark, NJ, and later went on to graduate from Essex County College. She was devout in her faith as a Jehovah's Witness.

Her funeral services and burial will be held privately. The family requests that donations be made to the American Diabetes Association."
