Veronica Marie Badie Harris departed this life on Saturday, June 23, 2012 at the age of 76.
Beloved mother of Catherine Harris Johnson, Clarence Harris, Jr., and Zina Harris Eugene; Grandmother of Timothy Carrie, Jr., Jamaica Jones, Nicole, Robert, Jr., Darrell, Melissa and Keaira Johnson and Leo Wyre, III; Fourteen Great-Grandchildren; Sister of Peter Badie, Jr., Celeste Badie Harris and Augustine Badie-Chavous.
She was preceded in death by her parents Peter Badie, Sr. and Myrtle Miller Badie and former husband Clarence Harris, Sr., Siblings Althea Badie MCDuffey, Adelaide "Laide" Badie Bell, David Badie, Sr., Aaron Badie and Arthur Johnson and Great-Grandson Raynarbo Battle, Jr., also survived by "other daughter" Marion Williams Davis She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
