Walter Scott, Reeds Spring, MO, son of Walter E. and Alice (Courtright) Scott, was born January 29, 1945 in St. Louis, MO and departed this life on November 16, 2019 at the age of 74.
Walter had lived in the area twenty-three years moving here from Salem, MO. He was a retired farmer.
Walter was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include: son, Brian Scott of Reeds Spring, MO; two daughters, Sherry Lee of Springfield, MO and Lindsey Scott of Ozark, MO; sister, Julie Bradbury and husband, Skip of Jackson, CA; four grandchildren; three great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.
Memorial service will be held December 1, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Stumpff Funeral Chapel Kimberling City, MO. Walter's constant companion was his dog, Chloe. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to 4 the Love of K9s Animal Rescue. Arrangements are under the direction of Stumpff Funeral Home Kimberling City, MO.
