Ms. Bennett enjoyed watching football and reading, especially mysteries. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Cathedral and was a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteer. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren and was very proud of their accomplishments.
Ms. Bennett is survived by her son, Jim Swartz and wife Svetlana of Chicago, IL; daugthers, Rita Odenheimer and husband Reynard of Lake Charles, LA and Camille Heenan and husband Garrett of Orange, CA; sister, Loretta Bodnark of Poland, OH; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parent, Anthony and Rose Chiurazzi; sister, Kathleen Perretti; and brother, Girard Chiurazzi.
Her cremation was entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home of Lake Charles. The family will have a private memorial at a later date.
