Shirley Ann Bagley Appling 84 of Buford, GA passed away on 5-6-2022. She was preceded in death by husband of 62 years, James R. Appling; grandsons, Corey Appling and Ezekiel "Zeke" Appling.
Survived by children, Tim and Beverly Appling of FL, Janet and Dale Burrell of Lawrenceville, Glen Appling of Buford, Paula and Michael Jamieson of Suwanee; grandchildren, Kelly and Seth Hawkins, Logan Hawkins, Cooper Hawkins, Joy Jamieson; sister, Bobbie Bagley Nucholls of AL; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Born on 9-20-1937 in Buford, GA, she was a 1955 graduate of O'Keefe High School in Atlanta, and worked for Egleston Children's Hospital as a receptionist and for Munford, Inc for 13 years in the accounting department. .....
A funeral service will be held Monday in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Appling officiating. Interment will follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens in Duluth, GA.
