JC was preceded in death by his wife, Janis Barker and his parents, Juliet and Percy Barker.
JC is survived by his daughter, Pam Barker, of Chattanooga; his brother, Donald Barker, of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; and sister, Delores Wilson, of Shreveport, Louisiana; and several nieces and nephews. JC was a proud Veteran of the United States Air Force and he served in the Korean War. He was a member of the Red Bank United Methodist Church and was active in the Red Bank Lions Club.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at 12:00pm at Hamilton Memorial Garden with Pastors Ken Sauer and David Brackett officiating. Arrangements entrusted to Lane Funeral Home
