Louisa and many of her children were all originally buried in Philanthropic Cemetery. When that cemetery was being removed in 1914, she and her children were moved to Fernwood Cemetery on Oct. 20, 1914. Unfortunately, there are no records of the removal of her mother, Magdalena Haller (later Wahl; later Zimmerman).

Also buried in Fernwood Cemetery are her sister, Mary Wahl-Beatty-Reichner, brother, Michael Wahl, her sister, Caroline Wahl-Applegate. Only her sister, Sophia Wahl-Cuthbert, is buried elsewhere (Northwood Cemetery, Philadelphia).
