Roy Dean Wagner a lifelong resident of Blanco, passed away Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at his home just outside of Blanco, Texas. He was born December 6, 1939 in Blanco to Thomas Warren Wagner and Beulah Wagner (Dyer). Shortly after graduating from Blanco High School Roy was drafted and proudly served his country in the United States Army.

Roy is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Janice O. Wagner (Treadwell); brother, Warren Wagner; sister, Frances Wagner

Roy is survived by daughters, Cheryl Smarr, Crystal Wagner and Chanda Serhus; grandchildren Leon, Gabrielle, and Shaelyn; nieces and nephews, Deborah, JD, and Maureen. Roy also leaves behind his dear friends and fishing and hunting buddies Bart Evans and Choya Young.

Graveside services will be 10:00 AM Friday May 6, 2022 at the Historic Blanco Cemetery in Blanco.
