Funeral Service for Samuel Lynn Smith, 61, of Vinita, Oklahoma will be at 11:00 AM on Monday, May 9, 2022 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Box Cemetery in Vian, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.
He was born on June 23, 1960 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma to Mary Alice (Collins) Smith and Fields Samuel Smith and passed away on May 2, 2022 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. He was of the Protestant faith.
Survivors are:
2 sons, Samuel F. Smith and Morgan Lynn Smith of Bowell, OK and Shane Vorndran and April of Big Cabin, OK;
6 grandchildren, Emma Jo Smith, Chisum Scot Smith, Nathaniel Vorndran, Chevy Vorndran, Peyton Vorndran and Presley Vorndran;
father, Fields Smith of Sallisaw, OK;
4 brothers, Dwayne Smith of Gore, OK, Jeff Smith of Gore, OK, Ronnie Baldwin of Sallisaw, OK and Danny Cobb of Rudy, AR;
