MOTHER: Josephine Cirnoia
Vera Lucille Walters, age 86, of St Louis Park passed from complications of Alzheimer's Disease.
She was a much loved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Her favorite activity was spending time with her family. She could be counted on to host sleepovers with her grandchildren on the spur of the moment, coordinate Caribbean vacations with the entire gang, and provide more food than anyone could ever eat...and to take many, many pictures. She came from a large, very close Italian family in Colorado whom she missed when she moved to Minnesota, although she stayed in touch as much as she could.
Vera is preceded in death by her husband Denis, brothers Joe and Lawrence, and sisters Mary and Jean.
She is survived by her son Pat (Debbie), and daughters Debi (Rob) and Gail (Bill) as well as all those grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
The family would like to thank Morning Glory Home for their excellent and loving care of Vera as her Alzheimer's became more advanced.
