Philippine Congresswomen. She was a member of the Philippine House of Representatives from the Lone District of Marinduque, where she served for one term from June 30, 2013 until February 1, 2016. During her time in office she was very active in the Provincial Social Welfare Development Office (PSWDO) and the Provincial Nutrition Office (PNO). She was also a member of several committees and the vice-chairwoman of the House Committee on National Defense and Security. She was the youngest daughter of the former Bureau of Immigration Commissioner Edmundo Reyes, Sr. and Marinduque Governor Carmencita O. Reyes, and the wife of Batangas Governor Hermilando Mandanas. She received her college education at Georgetown University, where she earned a degree in Foreign Service before her law degree from Ateneo Law School.
