Jean McNeill Evans, 82, passed away May 3, 2022.
A native of Rockwell, North Carolina, a daughter of the late Eugene M. and Velna Misenheimer McNeill; she was a retired medical transcriptionist and member of Fairview Baptist Church.
Surviving are one brother, Ron Lanning (Jan) of Ohio; one sister, Catherine M. Abbott of Taylors; one nephew, Steve Abbott (Kay), and two nieces; Angie A. Clark and Jennifer A. Robertson (Michael).
She was predeceased by her daughter, Stephanie Anne Evans.
A graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 6, 2022, at Wood Memorial Park conducted by Rev. Gene Lockaby and Rev. Keith Crowe.
