DAVID LESLIE LEWIS "SUPER DAVE", 64, was born November 5, 1957 in Galveston, Texas to the late Dorothy Mae Harris and Joel C. Harris. Born in Texas, he resided in Lake Charles where he worked as a Behavorial Health Tech at Odessy House. He was a former employee of CINC II and a former member and moderator at IDMR (Institute of Devine Metaphysical Research). He departed this life Saturday, April 23, 2022 at 4:14AM in a local hospital.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his daughter, Meyosha Fontenot (Marlon) Harris; two grandchildren, Toby Sonnier Jr. and Mariah Harris; two sisters, Nedra Lewis and Michelle Lewis; godchild, Isaiah Lewis; special friend, Bernadette Maxie; and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by parents; and brother, Ronald "Candy" Lewis.

His visitation will be Saturday, April 30, 2022 from 9AM with his funeral following at 11AM, at New Faith Baptist Church located at 4211 Opelousas Street in Lake Charles.
