On Sunday, January 28, 2018, Lois Hechinger England of Washington, DC, beloved widow of Richard England; devoted mother of Cathy England (deceased), Nonie (Larry) Akman and Rick (Diana) England; loving grandmother of Evan Peugh, Ryan Peugh, Sara (Chris) Lange, Jonathan Akman, Alex Akman, Justine England, Sandy England and Natalya England; and adoring great-grandmother of Sydney, Griffin and Rory Lange. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 1 at 11:30 a.m. at Washington Hebrew Congregation, 3935 Macomb St., NW. The family will be receiving family and friends at Lois' home Thursday evening at 7:30 p.m.
